Thank you so much for your purchase. If for some reason you require a refund or exchange, please email us within 5 days of receiving your product at gradyssoycandles@outlook.com. Please include in your email, photos of the product explaining why you are requesting a refund or exchange as well as the original order receipt.

Grady’s Soy Candles will consider a refund or replacement candle on a case-by-case basis. Change of mind or scent preference are exempt from refunds or exchange. Exchanges are only available in the case of an incorrect order being provided or faulty product.

The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
