Can I supply my own jar?
Sure can, providing it is safe to be used for a candle. You will receive a 20% discount for supplying your own glassware. I work off how many mls your jar holds and match it to my size jar price, then take 20%!
Do I need to clean my jars ready for a refill?
Yes please! Please note, if you return your jars to me not clean, a cleaning surcharge will occur of $2 per jar. Here’s how you clean them:
Add a small amount of dish washing liquid to them, then add hot water.
Let sit for 10-15 mins.
Empty the water into a bucket, then tip it outside.
Add a little more dishwashing liquid and wipe them out.
Remove labels if you wish.
